Will it look exactly like Word?
Close for simple documents: headings, bold and italic text, lists, tables, links and pictures carry over. Text boxes, columns, shapes, charts and headers or footers don't, and the tool tells you when a file has them.
Can it open old .doc files?
Not yet. Open the file in Word, Pages or Google Docs and save it as .docx, then try again.
Can I do several files at once?
Yes. Choose or drop several files. Each one gets the same settings, and you save them all in one ZIP.
Why not upload it to a server like other sites?
Keeping the file on your device means nobody else ever sees it. For complex layouts, Word's own "Save as PDF" gives the most exact result.
