What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. When you use Survey we store the documents you upload, the annotations and survey data you create, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

How your documents are handled

Your PDFs and survey data are stored with our hosting provider (Supabase), encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are visible only to you and the people you explicitly share them with. We do not send your documents to third-party processors, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not train machine-learning models on them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.

Optional integrations

If you connect Microsoft OneDrive/Excel, we access only the files you choose, to provide the sync features you enable. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

Deletion

Deleting a document moves it to an archive you control, and archived items are permanently purged after 30 days. Deleting your account removes your data, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
