The service

Survey lets you view, annotate, and survey PDF documents, collaborate with people you invite, and sync survey data with Excel. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own the documents and data you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to store, display, and process them so the service can work. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for exceptional situations are handled case by case — contact us.

Acceptable use

Don't use Survey to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Survey reliable but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves. Deleted items are recoverable from your archive for 30 days; keep your own copies of anything critical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
