Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Settings

   Sign in to Survey on the web, your phone or your tablet. Open the account menu (your name or initials) and pick Settings.

2. Stay on General

   Scroll to the bottom of the General tab.

3. Delete account

   Tap Delete account, type DELETE, then confirm.

4. Done

   You are signed out and the account is gone. This cannot be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We delete it and write back to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your login, name and email address
• Your projects, documents, markups, survey answers and templates
• Photos, videos and voice notes on your survey markers
• Your plan, and the billing customer record at our payment provider

Documents someone else shared with you stay with their owner. Crash reports and usage counts never hold your name or email. Records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept only as long as the law requires, as our privacy policy says.
